Bee My Valentine
In Man's infinite wisdom, February 14th has been identified as the day we celebrate Valentine's Day and confirm our love to those special in our life. That, of course, is a good thing. Perhaps we should consider expanding the sentiment of this day to include the other 364 days as well. Certainly this bee is surrounded by more 'love' than can be appreciated in a 24 hour period. In our day we spend most of our time away from those who mean the most to us; 8-12 hours at work and/or getting there, another 8 or so are spent sleeping, leaving less than a total of 8 to interact with loved ones. Take a moment to reflect on how much of the remaining 8 hours you spend in quality time with your family and friends and recall when was the last time you told them how much they mean to you. I'm sure we all have work to do in this most important of life's responsibilities.
