Goodbye, Cholesterol...
One way I've found to drive out the darkness of the gray days of winter is to remember the bright summer days and our weekly trips to the Farmer's Market. While there are many flowers to be had each week, I am often drawn to the abundant and enticing produce local growers have brought to tempt Market visitors. I found these garlic plants to have a beauty all their own. Eat them to your heart's content and remember, 'goodbye cholesterol, goodbye friends'.
