Happy Surprises
Over the last several months I may have become a bit arrogant on having an ability to see in flowers what others may miss. Be assured that I am too often surprised by what I see when I bring my images home and move them to the computer for better viewing. This orchid, met at an orchid store in Kirkland, showed itself to be most lovely and became a subject to record for the digital world. Only when I was selecting an image to share with you did I note that this lavender and yellow (NOT PURPLE AND GOLD) beauty has a real sense of humor. Do notice the wonderful happy face complete with eyebrows looking back at you. It is also possible that this image is of a very happy pig diving into your consciousness. Perhaps this event was designed to set the tone for our trip to Rockaway Beach, OR, tomorrow to spend quality time with family. It shall be wonderful and I will be exhibiting a happy face for the next several days.
