Beware of Garden Sharks At least in South Carolina gardens one must be wary of garden sharks. Observing the school on this leaf, one must deduce that they are, at most, twice the length of their dorsal fin as evidenced by the spacing between the fins. I believe one can also predict that they are not insectivores. The behavior resulting in swimming only in the purple trails between the green areas suggests a simplistic intellect and clearly identifies the species as Sharkius huskius.
